In northern Italy, 60km above Turin, there is a beautiful estate for sale with a 473m2 house and 6 hectares of woodland. The house has 16 rooms including a kitchen, bathroom, living room that are ready for use.

The land has a continuously active water source at the highest point of the land.

A special feature on this land is an old limestone quarry, with a stone wall at least 20 metres high and a large cave with a water spring that is active during the rainy season.
